Welcome to Combat Zone Network ("CZN," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CZN website and app (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a personal account on CZN. Gym, Organization, and Media accounts must be created by an authorized representative of that entity. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the posts, comments, photos, event listings, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant CZN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.

4. Third-Party Content & Disclaimer of Responsibility

CZN is a platform that allows users, gyms, organizations, and media accounts to post and share their own content. We do not review, endorse, or verify User Content before it is posted, and CZN is not responsible or liable for any User Content posted by others — including but not limited to content that is defamatory, derogatory, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, or that otherwise violates any applicable law or third party's rights. Any views, statements, or claims expressed in User Content belong solely to the person who posted them and do not reflect the views of CZN. If you believe content posted by another user violates these Terms or applicable law, please use the in-app report feature so we can review it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to post or transmit content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others; impersonate any person or entity; post spam or unauthorized advertising; or attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, at our discretion.

6. Events, RSVPs & Gym/Organization Listings

CZN allows users to discover, list, and RSVP to events, gyms, and organizations. CZN does not organize, host, or supervise these events and is not responsible for the conduct of any gym, organization, event host, or attendee, or for any injury, loss, or dispute arising from your attendance at or participation in any listed event. You attend and participate at your own risk.

7. Reporting & Moderation

We provide tools to report content or accounts that violate these Terms. We may, but are not obligated to, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Privacy

We collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, and location) to operate your account and connect you with the CZN community. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. CZN does not guarantee that the Service, or any content on it, will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CZN and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from User Content posted by others, or from your participation in any event, gym, or organization discovered through the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to CZN, other users, or third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
